Purposes

It aims at encouraging intensive exchanges between different social strata. These exchanges provide also training opportunities to participants . That training is meant to build up a mixt expertise that takes into account the contributions from diverse social actors (farmers, scientists, technicians, etc.) working together for facing concrete problems in rural areas.
* The platform must help to create synergies between the actors:
The platform bridges communications between different actors with the aim of creating strong alliances for solving social and technical problems.
We hope that this reconciliation will make easy to rationalize the different means (material and financial hidden or ‘confined’ in these different organizations that often provide little result.
* The platform as instigator of social reforms:
The platform has the role to unable local development processes and seeks to promote social change and technical improvement.
