Site characterisation (SC)

Purpose
To improve the database for systems analysis and to monitor change and impact, the national facilitators will gather data and information in the communities. This service will supplement the data that is gathered during the farm interviews. The questionnaire will include a range of basic socio-economic and agro-ecological indicators. The questionnaire will be presented, discussed and approved at the workshop in Uganda. The gathered data will be entered into the shared database in order to allow the comparative analysis throughout the 30 selected sites.
