This chapter Two is a general review of the subsector and may include topics such as indicated here below using the livestock subsector as an example. Each subsector is, however, expected to decide on the content of their chapter two along these guidelines. The idea is to start from the general to the specific while taking care not to put materials in the earlier chapters that shall be required in the latter chapters. The review teams should, therefore, carry out the review of their respective subsectors with the end in sight, that is, anticipating what should go into each chapter.
