3.1 Monitoring and Evaluation of PSTAD

There was late start of formal M&E because of the differences in country situation. In some countries there are few baselines while in others data is available but not necessarily systematically collected or recorded or analysed and there are limited resources for support to M&E. He said that M&E is included in the project for accountability, management and learning purposes.
