3.4 eRAILS

Participants were mainly trained on how to create and use website under the Regional Agricultural Information Learning Systems (eRAILS) for their countries. The training involved both theory and practice on how to create and use national portal (www.erails.net) and accounts (websites).
Others areas of training included how to resize photos, crop (removing some individuals from a picture), link organization through eRAILS website, use of Microsoft picture to make a picture lighter, movie maker and other tools
