RAIP

 

Rwanda Agricultural Information Platform (RAIP) is network estblished by for public access to information.This means that the process of identifying and leveraging access to material is a constant feature of intermediary work.

 

On aspect of the RAILS challenge is the reluctance of some information suppliers (generally research insitutes,university or government departments) to allow access to their content.In some contexts research findings are physically locked up- people are reluctant to share because they fear plagiarism and competition or want potential consumers to go directly to them.
