INTRODUCTION
QPM Dessemination in Uganda is supported under two projects " Dessemination Of New Agricultural Technology in Africa (DONATA) and Quality Protein Maize Agro-Enterprises for Improved Household Income (CGS project)" under ASARECA's project Knowledge Management and Upscaling and Staple crops respectively. Longe 5 and Salongo are main varieties being desseminated which were released by National Cereals Program at National Crops Resources Research Institute (NaCRRI) collaboration with NASECO for Salongo Hybrid in particular.
